Reminders & Scheduling
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking online. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
• Text Alert: To receive 1 text reminder 1hr before appointment, make sure to check the opt-in box when scheduling. Otherwise, you will only receive email reminders.
• 24-Hour Reminder: A final reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Reschedules & Cancellations
• Self-Service: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through your confirmation emails up to 4 hours before your slot.
• Late Notice: Within 4 hours of your appointment, please text me directly at 760-651-2662 to change or cancel your time.
• Fees: I do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee. However, repeated late changes or empty slots will result in a warning, and eventually, the termination of our working relationship.
Didn’t see an email confirmation? Please text 760-651-2662 (anytime) or email gabe@mtgabe.com. I’ll confirm when available.
If you “No-Show” without notice, I will no longer be able to work with you. As a small business, empty slots waste time that could go to other clients. Please respect my time, and I will respect yours!
